It's happened to my friends, and it's happened to me more than once. It happened to me again and crushed me; absolutely. I'm not sure why this one was different..but we are talking about "ghosting". If you don't know the definition of this term, I don't blame you because it is relatively new for this generation. I think Urban Dictionary describes it best as:  "The act of suddenly ceasing all communication with someone the subject is dating,  but no longer wishes to date. Go on a few dates, really get to know that person, maybe end up in a relationship, maybe end up as friends, but now days everything is so fast. This generation is used to Tinder, Facebook, Hot or Not, all social media sites that give you a fast hook up, and then its over. And we wonder why the relationship doesn't last, or wonder why we are single.
